Flight Fuel Café Launches Aviation-Themed Media Room to Strengthen Brand Storytelling and Media Access

Lexington County, SC (April 28, 2026) Flight Fuel Café, an aviation-themed coffee shop serving commuters, students, and military families, has launched a new digital media room designed to provide journalists and the public with direct access to brand visuals, storytelling assets, and company updates.

The media room includes original photography, brand messaging, and downloadable resources to support media coverage. The launch reflects the increasing role of visual storytelling in public relations, as organizations that provide accessible media assets are more likely to generate coverage and strengthen audience engagement. This is the culmination of my 12-month Public Relations Capstone Campaign for Flight Fuel Café, an aviation-inspired café concept based in Lexington, South Carolina. This project was never just about completing assignments. It was about taking a concept and building the communication system it would need to establish credibility, connect with its audiences, support media relations, and prepare for long-term growth. In this presentation, I break down the strategy behind the campaign, including:

The professional lessons I am taking with me moving forward One of the biggest lessons from this campaign was learning that public relations is not about creating the most content. It is about making deliberate decisions so the right audience receives the right message through the right channel, and then having a system in place to measure whether it worked.
